• Lack of Infrastructure
Lack of infrastructure is one of the biggest challenge of Indian institutes. With the utilization of capacity, new universities and colleges can build for private and government sectors. But to provide best physical infrastructure in each and every educational institute means a lot. The number of institutes in India does not have proper sitting arrangements, Libraries, classroom, transport, furniture, washrooms, and commercials buildings.
• Lack of Practical Knowledge
If we talk about education in India, then lots of attention is given to books. Many times practical knowledge is being ignored by teachers. Students copy their material from books and learn it for a short period of time. And after passing their exams they forget all their learning material. The present education structure focusing more to give high scores in exam rather than their major focus must be towards providing skill-based practical knowledge.
• Lack of Research
Problem-solving projects are essential especially when students are looking for a job after completing their study. Problem-solving provides practical knowledge while doing projects to build up career. This kind of projects make the student critical thinker and creative. The number of institutes give more importance to case study rather than giving attention to research approach.
• Poor Teaching Staff
Always remember only a professional, qualified, and passionate teacher administrate the whole classroom very well. In many government sector schools, the teaching staff is not well trained and professional. They do not have any idea about anything.
• Absence of Developing Programs
The Indian education system focuses more on marks rather than focusing on developing programs. Majority of students after completing their study when applying for a job they suffer from lots of challenges. Because they do not meet with the skills required for the job.
